HCFA Employee Spotlight

Meet Hannah!

For the past five years, Hannah has been an important part of the HCFA team as a Fire Communications Dispatcher. Every day, she plays a vital role in supporting our community by answering calls for help and providing reassurance during some of life’s most difficult moments. What motivates Hannah to continue in her role is knowing that she can help people in need and be a calm, steady voice for someone experiencing their worst day.

Hannah’s dedication and commitment to excellence have not gone unnoticed. She has been recognized as EMD Person of the Year twice during her time at HCFA, an accomplishment that reflects her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to providing the highest level of service to those who call for help.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, visiting Disneyland, SeaWorld, and the zoo, and making memories with her kids. Her favorite way to unwind is simple: snuggling up with her children on the couch and watching a movie together. And if you’re looking for a fun fact about Hannah, you might be surprised to learn that she grew up participating in Children's Theatre beginning at just four years old—and even won awards for several of her roles!

We are proud to have Hannah as part of the HCFA family and grateful for the compassion, dedication, and calm presence she brings to every shift. Her work makes a meaningful difference in our community every day.
